Our Story
Celebrating Together
Janaki and Jonathan’s love story began in 2019 through mutual friends. As they pursued their careers—Janaki in Law and Jonathan in Clinical Social Work—they grew closer, especially during the pandemic, bonding over texts and watching their favorite show, 90 Day Fiancé. After returning to Chicago, they adopted two cats and their connection deepened. With shared passions for gossip, coffee, and spending quality time with loved ones, they found even more to love about each other. In 2024, their families met during Thanksgiving, and before the new year, Jonathan proposed, marking the beginning of their next chapter together.

Getting There
To India
We recommend arriving at Cochin International Airport (COK) by January 11th and staying in the airport's Marriot for rest. Roundtrip fares typically range from $1200 to $1800, depending on your departure city and length of stay. For more details, please refer to the link below!
To the Venue
Travel to India may take up to 24 hours, depending on your departure city. We recommend staying overnight at a local hotel upon arrival in Kochi. On January 12th, we will provide transit to the venue for all guests arriving from the U.S. For more details, please refer to the link below!
